We are very lucky to have a mom that works as a chef in Dromoland Castle!  Danusha came into LETS to show all the children her white uniform and to answer a few questions that we had.  She even brought in a chef’s hat and apron for every child so they could dress the part!

Danusha helped us bake some queen cakes and the boys and girls then decorated them with some icing and sprinkles.  Gordon Ramsey/RachelAllen watch out there are some great little chefs in the making in Junior Infants!!
